Our planes are made from durable, lightweight, EPP foam which means they will endure most crashes on grass without needing repair.
Of course, if you lose control of your plane and it crashes hard into the ground or into a hard surface, the foam may break. However, is almost always easily repairable with hot glue. We recommend purchasing a hot glue gun so you can make these repairs yourself, particularly if you are a beginner pilot! Check out our repair videos for how to quickly and easily repair your plane.
On the rare occasion that your plane is so badly damaged that you're unable to fix it, please get in touch and we will try to fix it for you at minimal cost. We charge $40ph for repairs, and we find many repairs can be done in under an hour. Of course, we can usually only fix planes that have been damaged through genuine flying accidents. If you run over it with your car for example, please don't expect us to be able to fix it (although we will try)!
We are so confident in the durability and repairability of our planes that if we are unable to fix your plane, we offer to buy it back from you for $80.
